QER, an Australian company, has exploration rights to several gas tenements in Queensland’s Galilee Basin and tenement and other rights over several of Queensland's largest oil shale resources, containing an oil production potential of almost three times the size of the Bass Strait oil field when discovered, which to date is the largest single oil field developed in Australia.
